Welcome to Giftze. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Giftze mobile application, public website, shared wishlist pages, and related support services. By using Giftze, you agree to these terms.
1. Use of Giftze
Giftze helps people create wishlists, discover gift ideas, send gifts, and receive gifts without exposing the recipient's delivery address to the buyer.
- You must use Giftze lawfully and respectfully.
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account, placing an order, receiving a gift, or contacting support.
- You are responsible for activity that happens through your account.
2. Accounts and Profiles
Some features may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for telling us if you believe your account has been used without permission.
3. Wishlists and Shared Links
Giftze lets users create wishlists and share profile or wishlist links. Depending on your settings and sharing choices, people who receive a link may be able to see the wishlist information shown on that page.
- Do not add unlawful, misleading, offensive, or infringing content to your profile or wishlist.
- Giftze may remove content that appears unsafe, misleading, unlawful, or inconsistent with the platform.
4. Gift Orders and Suppliers
Gifts may be offered by Giftze or by selected suppliers and brands. Product availability, pricing, images, descriptions, delivery options, and delivery timing may vary by supplier, item, and recipient location.
- Gift transactions are processed through the checkout flow and are subject to the details shown at the time of purchase.
- Order issues, cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled under our Return & Refund Policy.
- Giftze may refuse, cancel, or review an order where fraud, abuse, product unavailability, incorrect information, payment issues, or operational constraints are suspected.
5. Recipient Address Privacy
Giftze is designed so buyers can send gifts without seeing the recipient's delivery address. Recipient delivery details may be used by Giftze, suppliers, or fulfilment partners only where needed to complete the gifting flow, delivery, support, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
6. Privacy and Data
We handle personal information according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal information. We share limited information only where needed to operate Giftze, process payments, coordinate fulfilment or delivery, provide support, prevent fraud, or meet legal obligations.
7. Prohibited Activities
When using Giftze, you must not:
- Misrepresent yourself, impersonate another person, or submit false information.
- Use Giftze for fraud, harassment, abuse, unlawful activity, or attempts to evade payment.
- Interfere with the security, availability, or proper operation of Giftze.
- Copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, or misuse Giftze systems except where permitted by law.
8. Service Changes and Availability
Giftze may update the app, website, features, supplier listings, categories, delivery options, or support routes as the service changes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every feature, supplier, product, or delivery option will always be available.
9. Liability
Giftze is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent allowed by law, Giftze is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses related to use of the platform, supplier availability, delivery delays, third-party services, or issues outside our reasonable control.
10. Updates to These Terms
We may update these terms as Giftze changes. When we do, we will revise the date on this page. Continued use of Giftze after an update means you accept the updated terms.
