Find the person on Giftze or open a wishlist they shared, then choose what you want to send. Pick a gifting option, add your message and your own details, and pay on a secure Stripe page. You do not need the recipient's address.

You can check out as a guest on the website, and we email order updates to the address you give. Some things need an account, such as promo codes, points and tracking all your orders in one place.

An order waiting for payment is held for a short time, then it is closed and nothing is charged. If you start the same gift again in that time, we continue the earlier order instead of creating a second one. You can resume payment from your orders page while the order is still open.

The total shows the items, delivery, tax (VAT) and a Giftze service fee when one applies, plus any gift service you pick. The exact amounts are shown at checkout before you pay, and the final amount is confirmed on the payment page.

Standard delivery is the default. Express delivery, with a delivery time in hours, is offered for eligible gifts and cities, and orders with items from several stores can use white-glove delivery. Prices and free-delivery limits are shown at checkout.

Express is a fast delivery option for eligible orders; it is not offered for every address, so see checkout. Giftze Premium is a gift service with luxury presentation and a printed card, and it includes delivery; the exact price, and when it is included free, is shown at checkout.

Giftze is a UAE gifting service and delivers within the UAE. Whether a gift can reach an address, and which options apply, is checked at checkout; Express is available only in selected cities.

It depends on the store, the item and the recipient's location. Estimated times for each option are shown at checkout, and we send order updates in the app, by message or through support.

You do not need it. The recipient confirms where the gift should go from the addresses they saved, or adds one before it ships. Your payment never shows you their address, and they do not see yours unless you tell them.

Yes. Enter their name and either their phone number or their Instagram, Snapchat or TikTok handle. They do not need an account yet, and we use that contact only to arrange this delivery.

You can choose to hide your identity from the recipient. Giftze still keeps your details for payment and support, and your own message can still reveal who you are.

A member adds gifts from any store to a wishlist and shares it. A friend opens the shared list, selects what they want to give, and checks out; a gift that has been bought shows as gifted so it is not bought twice.

You control it in privacy settings: for gifts from your wishlist, events and surprise gifts you can allow everyone, only your friends or no one, and you can make your profile private. You can also choose whether your wishlist can be featured.

Returns and refunds are reviewed case by case. We can consider them when a gift arrives damaged or faulty, is very different from its description, or is unavailable after you ordered. Report problems quickly, ideally within 48 hours of receiving the gift, with your order details and photos. Custom and perishable items, and used experiences or digital items, may not be returnable.

On the website you pay on Stripe's secure page by card, and Apple Pay or Google Pay appear when your device supports them. Card details are entered on Stripe, not on Giftze. The app may offer more options, such as your Giftze Cash balance.

Promo codes need a Giftze account, so sign in (or create an account) before you pay. Eligible discounts for members may be applied automatically, and the discount you get is shown at checkout.

Members earn points for things like sending gifts to others, receiving a gift, creating a wishlist, adding wishes and finishing their profile. As you earn more you move up levels that can unlock perks. See the Rewards page in the app for the current rules, what your points are worth and what you can do with them.

Send an enquiry from the Partner with us page with your business name, category, website and a short description. The Giftze team reviews it and gets back to you. Approved partners agree commercial terms in a contract, then list products and handle orders through the partner portal, and are paid according to that agreement.
