At Giftze, we strive to make every gifting experience smooth and joyful. Please read our delivery and return policies to understand how we handle orders, issues, and refunds.
Delivery Policy
-Delivery Areas
We currently offer same-day delivery within Dubai on selected items. For other Emirates or international delivery, availability will depend on the specific vendor and gift item.
-Same-Day Delivery
Orders placed before 3:00 PM GST are eligible for same-day delivery in Dubai.
Orders placed after that time will be delivered the following business day (Monday to Saturday).
Delivery Tracking
You’ll receive real-time updates in the app once your order is confirmed, including tracking details and delivery notifications.
Return & Refund Policy
-Can I return a gift?
Returns are possible only under the following conditions:
The item arrived damaged, faulty, or significantly different from the description.
You reported the issue within 48 hours of receiving the gift.
-Refund Options
If your return is approved:
A full refund will be issued to the original payment method, or
A Giftze credit may be offered for quicker reuse.
Note: Refunds may take up to 7 business days depending on your payment provider.
-Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for return or refund:
Personalized or custom-made products
Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers)
Digital gift codes or experiences after activation
How to Request a Return or Refund
Open the Giftze App
Go to Orders > Help
Select the order and choose “Issue with Gift”
Upload photos (if applicable) and describe the problem
Our support team will respond within 24 hours
